Production Response to Covid-19

How we’re preparing to work safely and practically during Covid-19

Health Declaration

A health declaration is to be completed in advance by all crew members in order to reduce the risk of transmission if someone is displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

Travel

Crew members are to avoid using public transport to travel to and from locations - where necessary taxis are to be provided for crew travel.

Social Distancing

Where possible (and practical to do so) everyone on set is to maintain a distance of at least 2-meters from each other.

PPE

As per the guidance PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) equipment is to be made available to all crew members on set. This will include face masks, gloves, hand sanitiser and alcohol wipes.

Crew Size

Productions will operate with reduced crews; assuming it is safe to do so and not significantly detrimental to the production. Where possible productions should take place in closed sets such as studios.

Hygiene

Crew members are to wash hands thoroughly on arrival, and should continue to wash hands at regular intervals. Kit should be cleaned with alcohol wipes at the start and end of each day.
The safety and well being of our crew and contributors is our priority, and these guidelines are to help ensure we are working in a safe, practical and productive manner.

We will of course continue to monitor and adapt our working practises to fall in line with Government guidance.

Shoot cancellations or postponements due to Covid-19 will still be subject to our terms and conditions and cancellation charges.
